Orders & Delivery
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required.
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other locations: 5–10 business days. Remote areas may take up to 12 business days.
Visit our Track Order page with your order number and email. Logged-in users can also track from My Orders.
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Go to My Orders and click Cancel Order.
Payments
Online payments via Razorpay — cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available where enabled.
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card or UPI details.
Add items to cart, enter your code in Order Summary, and click Apply before checkout.
Returns
Standard offers best everyday prices but is non-returnable. Premium is slightly higher but return-eligible within the return window.
Only Premium tier products are return-eligible within the specified window. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
